2017 Guatemala Mission Trip Day #two

[ad_1]

It was a significant 1st day of creating for our teams!

Doug’s group (with the adult/family members group) was blessed to have a excellent worksite that was nicely ready in advance and with lots of space to function. There house is for Pastor Juan’s son and his family members.

Two of the 3 adult web-sites have been quite difficult. A single was up a steep hill, even though the other is functioning in incredibly tight spaces. Nonetheless, every person enjoyed the challenging day of function, recognizing that we’re serving households in excellent want, even though serving the Lord. A single of the households is a couple in their mid-70s, getting their 1st residence that will have a door that will lock. We’re so proud of the group for a challenging day’s function!

Our student teams had a excellent day in Guatemala. Concrete day is constantly the hardest day, but every person stuck with it and completed all of the foundations. They ended the day with an amazing time of worship and little groups. Tomorrow the walls go up!
