Welcome to 2014 and the Balancing Act of Everyday Life



My husband Tony and I stroll out in the New Forest countryside with our dogs, Supa and Harry each and every day we are are not travelling. These walks are an vital element of my balancing act. They give us the chance to share our thoughts and feelings on our individual and functioning lives. We debate the challenges of our lives, our fears, our issues, our dreams. We program our diets (not adequate) and our holidays (never ever adequate!). We get healthier physical exercise from these walks and a likelihood to take pleasure in the scenery and really feel the connection to nature. So they win win win in the balancing act.

On the final stroll we had prior to we came away for a quick New Year break we discussed our intentions for 2014. Despite the fact that Tony had a number of challenges he planned to address I will leave these in his private box but will share mine.
