When I am at my weakest, God comes via powerfully. Like yesterday, I was preparing and teaching a class on the goodness of God’s grace with a sore throat. Throughout the evening, it felt like God had offered an additional measure of grace for us and we had been all blessed even although I actually was not at the prime of my game.
Currently I’m even weaker. The flue has got a hold of me. I’m weak like a kitty and right here I am anyhow, writing a weblog post for you guys. I trust that now that I am weak, God is mighty robust. I’m waiting for an additional measure of grace to seem for me and you. So that we could all really feel God’s presence these days. So that we could encounter God in a new way.
Consequently let us [with privilege] method the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without worry, so that we may perhaps obtain mercy [for our failures] and locate [His amazing] grace to support in time of have to have [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment]. (Hebrews four:16, AMP,*)
An additional measure of grace
This occurs when we surrender to Jesus, sit with him, drink in that additional measure of grace we all have to have as soon as in awhile. God has promised to give when we ask, so these days we ask for all that we have to have and then some. Also that additional measure of grace.
Do not be concerned when you plans do not perform and you are at your weakest. That is a amazing chance for God to shine via your weaknesses. We do not have to measure up for the globe. Christ has performed it for us. So let’s just obtain what God has for us these days. Let’s drink in his goodness. And do not quit when you feel you have had adequate to survive. Drink till you have received that additional measure of grace that tends to make you thrive and dance for Jesus even when you are weak.
We adore you.
Oh, how we adore you.
Thank you for getting our strength and joy
and all the things else we have to have.
Come and heal us,
give us that additional measure of grace
we so badly have to have these days.
Be our all the things.
In Jesus’ name,
Q4U: Have you skilled God’s strength in your weaknesses?
Be blessed, my fellow pilgrim, as you ask and obtain that additional measure of grace!
